撕出新水平，黑出新高度——美国第二场总统辩论堪比狗血剧
在美国总统候选人第二次辩论的前夕，川普大尺度侮辱女性的录音曝光引起了猛烈抨击，但是川普也不是吃素的，面对各方的退选呼声，川普带着与克林顿发生“绯闻”的4位女性召开新闻发布会，指责克林顿才是“迫害”女性的那个人。希拉里的竞选团队则称这不过是特朗普耍的“花招”，又一次暴露了他的毫无底线。
本以为川普出了这么大丑闻，希拉里可以偷乐了吧，可是苍天绕过谁，“维基揭秘”网站在7日披露了希拉里早前泄露的邮件部分内容，其中包括希拉里卸任国务卿之后于2013到2015年对高盛等华尔街大公司做的有偿闭门演讲内容，很多讲话明显偏离其政治立场，一些话与其政客身份不符。
显而易见，本次辩论针对这两个问题的口水仗肯定是相当激烈，两人开场时甚至没有像上次一样握个手——虽然结束的时候两人握手了。
接下来，小编就为大家梳理一下总统候选人第二场辩（si）论（bi）主要有些什么吧。
第一回合
你是一好榜样吗？
90分钟的辩论一开始就让人感到阵阵寒意——两位候选人在开场连传统的握手都省掉了。
一开场，主持人就尖锐地质问特朗普有没有做过他在丑闻录像带里说出的“不堪言行”。
川普开始机智的反击，反复表示那些只是“words”而已，并不能代表什么：
“I didn’t say that at all,” Trump said to moderator Anderson Cooper.“This was locker room talk and certainly I’m not proud of it, but this was locker room talk … Yes, I’m very embarrassed by it, and I hate it. But it’s locker room talk … I have great respect for women. …Bill Clinton is far worse,mine are words and his are action," said Trump, who appeared before the debate with women who have accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct.

希拉里表示：“呵呵，你又说疯话”：
Clinton noted that Trump has degraded women throughout his campaign ― insulting, rating and ranking them on television and Twitter. she concluded.“We saw him after the first debate spend nearly a week denigrating a former Miss Universe in the harshest, most personal terms…He has also targeted immigrants, African-Americans, Latinos, people with disabilities, POWs, Muslims, so many others,” Clinton said. “This is who Donald Trump is.”

第二回合
医保问题
接下来是医保问题，希拉里先表示：奥巴马医保有好有坏，我们要保持其好的，改掉有问题的。
特朗普则表示，奥巴马医保就是灾难：
Obamacare is a disaster.
奥巴马医疗就是一场灾难。
川普指控希拉里·克林顿试图执行一种单一支付的医疗系统，该体系与加拿大的体系相类似。他还说道，加拿大的医疗体系就是个灾难，成本高，年限长。这话从特朗普的嘴里说出来似乎有点奇怪，因为不久前，他还赞扬这种医疗系统，称它运作良好：

穆斯林和难民问题

We need American Muslims to be part of our eyes and ears on our front lines. I've worked with a lot of different Muslim groups around America. I've met with a lot of them, and I've heard how important it is for them to feel that they are wanted and included and part of our country, part of our homeland security, and that's what I want to see.

Right now, a lot of those nations are hearing what Donald says and wondering, why should we cooperate with the Americans? And this is a gift to ISIS and the terrorists, violent jihadist terrorists.

Hillary Clinton, in terms of having people come into our country, we have many criminal illegal aliens. When we want to send them back to their country, their country says we don't want them. In some cases, they're murderers, drug lords, drug problems. And they don't want them.

But one thing we have to do is we have to make sure that -- because there is a problem. I mean, whether we like it or not, and we could be very politically correct, but whether we like it or not, there is a problem.

税收

And I will tell you, Hillary Clinton is raising your taxes, folks. You can look at me. She's raising your taxes really high. And what that's going to do is a disaster for the country. But she is raising your taxes and I'm lowering your taxes. That in itself is a big difference.

然而，面对主持人关于川普这些年来有没有逃掉个人联邦所得税，川普是这么回应的：
Of course I do. Of course I do. And so do all of her donors, or most of her donors. I know many of her donors.
当然，我当谈避税了。她希拉里的所有捐赠者也是这么做的，我可认识那些人。
而他之所以能够合理避税，是因为资产折旧带来的，而造成这一切的原因是因为希拉里30多年来的只说不做：
I love depreciation. You know, she's given it to us.

Hundreds of thousands of National Guard and Reserve members have health care because of work that I did, and children have safer medicines because I was able to pass a law that required the dosing to be more carefully done.

Russia has decided that it's all in, in Syria. And they've also decided who they want to see become president of the United States, too, and it's not me.

川普则指责，叙利亚的灾难你希拉里也有份，不只希拉里，她在其他地方也造成过很多可怕的后果：
Now, she talks tough, she talks really tough against Putin and against Assad. She talks in favor of the rebels. She doesn't even know who the rebels are.
瞧她说话多强硬，她在反对普京和阿萨德的时候也是这么强硬，她说要支持反叛军，可她甚至连反叛军是谁都不知道。
Look at what she did in Libya with Gadhafi. Gadhafi's out. It's a mess. And, by the way, ISIS has a good chunk of their oil. I'm sure you probably have heard that. It was a disaster. Because the fact is, almost everything she's done in foreign policy has been a mistake and it's been a disaster.

I don't like Assad at all, but Assad is killing ISIS. Russia is killing ISIS. And Iran is killing ISIS. And those three have now lined up because of our weak foreign policy.

You know what's funny? She went over a minute over, and you don't stop her. When I go one second over, it's like a big deal.
这也太好笑了。希拉里超过了都一分多钟了你不打断她，我超过了一秒你都像是天塌下来了。
第六回合
你能成为一位好总统吗？
在被问到“ 你会成为为每一个美国人尽职尽责的总统吗？”（Do you believe you can be a devoted president to all the people in the United States?）
川普回答“Absolutely”：
I will be a president for all of our people. And I'll be a president that will turn our inner cities around and will give strength to people and will give economics to people and will bring jobs back.
我会成为“大家”的总统，作为总统，我会使我们的市中心重新崛起，给人民更多的力量，更多的物质和更多的工作。
而希拉里可绝对当不了好总统：
Let me tell you, if she's president of the United States, nothing's going to happen. It's just going to be talk.

反复强调希拉里是一位talker，而不是doer：
But I will tell you, she's all talk. It doesn't get done.

接下来主持人对希拉里提了一个比较有意的问题——你曾经说过川普的支持者都是很凄惨（deplorables）、种族歧视（racist）、性别歧视（sexist）、反同性恋（homophobic）、恐惧外国人（xenophobic）、恐惧伊斯兰（Islamophobic），你这么描述这千万美国人，你还怎么团结他们呢？
希拉里则表示，我这么说并不是针对川普的支持者，只是单纯的针对川普而已：
之前我对自己所说的道歉是因为我的话不是针对他的那些支持者，而是针对他和他分裂讨厌的竞选、那些煽动暴力的言论、以及那些针对女性的恶毒的言论，不光是针对女性，而是所有美国人，各种各样的美国人。
对此，川普的回复是“最毒妇人心”，“希拉里你嘴巴那么毒心里一定很苦吧”:
She's got tremendous -- she's got tremendous hatred. And this country cannot take another four years of Barack Obama.
希拉里心里真是充满了怨恨，这个国家可再也承受不住另一个奥巴马四年了。
川普被问到“你觉得自己是不是一位有原则的领导人”时，海阔的天空的扯了一堆，主持人问希拉里，你觉得他是吗？
希拉里：“No”。
川普：“I'm shocked to hear that.”
不得不说，本次的辩论有一个温馨的结尾，最后一个问题一问出来，大家都笑了：
Regardless of the current rhetoric, would either of you name one positive thing that you respect in one another?
撇开当下的争执不谈，你们最敬重对方哪一点？
希拉里的回复是：
Children。
虽然川普其他都不咋滴，但孩子还是养的极好的。
川普表示自己最敬重希拉里的奋斗精神，虽然她为之奋斗的他都不赞同：
I will say this about Hillary.
我敬重希拉里的地方在于她不半途而废、不放弃的精神，我很尊重这一点。她是一位战士，虽然她为之奋斗的东西我大多不赞同，虽然她对很多事的判断我也不赞同，但是她不轻言放弃。我认为这是一个很好的品质。
辩论结束后，各家媒体如美国《洛杉矶时报》《华盛顿邮报》，英国《卫报》都认为是希拉里赢得了这场辩论。
与主流媒体形成鲜明对比的是，许多网上民意调查显示，特朗普赢得了此次辩论。据民意调查机构Drudge Report的调查显示，高达92%的网民认为特朗普赢得了此次辩论，希拉里的支持者则只有7%。而美国知名新闻网站BuzzFeed的民意调查也显示，71%的人认为特朗普赢得了辩论，24%的人选择了“我并不知道这两人谁是赢家，但我知道输家是美国”，只有5%的人认为希拉里赢得了辩论。
